Grove Street Townhomes is a twelve-unit block we hold and manage as a single asset. Each unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath layout of roughly 1,180 square feet across two floors, with its own entrance rather than a shared corridor.
Occupancy has not dropped below full since 2018, which is why the property runs a waitlist rather than an availability list. Turnover is handled in-house, with units repainted and re-floored between tenancies as standard.
Common grounds, snow clearance and refuse are managed under a single SAMG Real contract, so tenants deal with one point of contact.
